Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I lived here for a year and a half in good standing. Upon move out, I got charged for having the carpets replaced (1,050) in the whole apartment, because there was a stain in one room. Then I had to pay for things that they do upon move out anyway (i.e. stained range hood, which turns black the first time you use it).
They charged me $500 to have a room repainted. All in all I had to pay an extra $650 to pay for so called damages.
I tried to work with them to get the price down but they refused to do so. They just want your money. they don't care about you. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I'm also going to report them to the BBB
