Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006

Yeah its close to the hospitals and walking distance BUT you get what you pay for.
cockroaches galore even in winter.
No dishwashers or microwave
There is a pool BUT to get in you gotta go in your swimwear downstairs to the guard and sign in and then be escorted to the top floor into the pool, what a pain in the butt
No place in bulding to drop off mail, and if you got a package then pray its on you doorstep when you get home.

The parking garage is a separte building next door.
