Doral Pointe leasing office team is really horrible and ill-mannered. When you want to rent an apartment they are all sweet and nice but later when you go to them for service they are the rudest people. The security is for name sake, you complain about flooding on wednesday and they send someone on monday etc etc.
I am so disgusted and frusturated as a resident here but stuck cos of my lease.
Someone needs to teach the management a lesson or sue them for their terrible behavior.
