Not too bad if you want a less expensive apartment

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Can easily hear neighbors, parking situation bad; parking spots are too small and there are not enough, spots are not assigned. Grounds not kept well at back of apartments, dead animals and ducks are left to rot.
Children through branches etc into pools. No storage space in apartment and closets are small.
Not a bad apartment, overall if you are hoping to save money. Inside is clean.
