cheap construction

very noisy apartment complex
all apartments have noise problems.
flooring is weak,so even people just walk,makes a big sound for people below.
plumbing is also like that,one can hear
water flowing through the fixtures.
traffice noise is another nuisense.
in short thk real hard before living here
