I am currently a resident of Emerald Palms and my best advice to anyone thinking of moving here is to look elsewhere first.

1. The office staff is the worst and rudest I have ever seen. Talking with anyone of the staff is as if you're talking with someone doing you a favor by allowing you to stay with them for free.

2. Security is totally non-existent, as evidenced by a recent car break-in that there. Their idea of security is an old man splitting his time between sitting at the front gate and riding around on a bicycle.

3. Security at the gate is so poor that at least two additional cars can enter the gate once a legitimate tenant has opened the gate with their own card.

Unauthorized visitors and cars consistently enter the property through "EXIT" gate once residents depart.

4. The property is consistently littered with shopping carts from the nearby Winn Dixie.

5. There absolutely NO input from residents regarding life here at the complex. Management does not and appears it never will hold a resident meeting to find out how its residents are fairing.

6. The management has recently switch cable/digital TV service from a reputable provider to an unknown that came in with big promises and ideals but has yet to live up to them. Poor channel choices.

TAKE MY ADVICE; DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU'VE GOT TO!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
