When I was told I would have to locate an apartment since where I lived turned condo, I searched all over Kendall and South Miami for a 3 bdrm.

While this was further south than I had wanted, since living here, I found the people who live here are friendly (something I've never encountered in 13 yrs of living in Miami.

The staff in the office are friendly, helpful and great.

Another first.

And the grounds are kept up very well.

Not to mention how quiet it is.

We made the right decision.
