I have been a resident of Emerald Palms for a few years now and I have loved every moment of it. The staff is by far the nicest and most helpful I have ever encountered. If I've ever had any maintaince issues they were always out to fix it almost immediatly. To those of you who had a complaint, maybe the problem lies with you, not the staff and community!
