When we first came to Miami we had very little time to look around so we got the first place we looked at. Our choice had nothing to do with the way we were greeted, it just seemed very convinient at first sight, comfy two bedroom, close to everything, ok price...YEAH RIGHT, BAD CHOICE, VERY BAD CHOICE!

Since we have been here just about everything has had to be fixed or replaced. The apartments are not in good shape. Screens falling apart, toilets broken, refrigerators leak, air condition sucks, screened in porch a joke...and the list goes on. Going in to talk to the staff can be intimidating, they are rude and just have a very careless attitude towards everything...EXCEPT GETTING YOUR MONEY!!!
There are designated areas for dogs but people just don't use them, trying to find a parking spot can be hard, so make sure that you get home early or you won't have a spot, the security...WHAT SECURITY'!' Since we've been here there have been stolen cars and multiple break ins. Anyone can walk right in without any problem, there are many areas that are not fenced in and the pedestrian gate is always open.
Noise- is pretty bad, alarms going off at all times, loud neighbors, loud music, and my upstairs neighbor, stumps all aournd all night long, sometimes I feel like the ceiling will cave in!

But since I am an honest person I have to say that the maintence crew is good, we did have someone over to fix things when it was needed.

I hope someone else finds this useful and again if you can go somewhere else do it!
