My husband and i have lived here for two years, i can honestly tell you at the begining everything was great. Price was good, pet friendly, staff was nice. Boy! were we wrong... Security here is a joke, gate is always open, maintenance crew... what maintenance crew'! everything here breaks, specially the A/C. When you call management specially the manager (marilyn) they ignore you, nobody shows up and when you call once again they act like you're crazy and as if you have never called in the first place. Ever since we've been here our biggest problem has been the a/c, many sweaty nights without it. They send the same guy (willie) to come take a look at it, not only is he not certified but he does not even have his own tools! How can someone come and take a look at your a/c unit with a lighter'!'!!! And you have the face to say you are part of the maintenance crew. For the kind of money we are paying here is not worth it, we can't wait till our lease is up in July! All i can tell you is don't rent here, and if your a/c breaks don't believe the lies of.. i chraged up the unit, i cleaned the coils and the fan, and definetly the best excuse of them all... your dogs sheds too much and is clogging the air ducts. This place is pet friendly and should have the units equiped for dog shedding. GIVE ME A BREAK!

Good luck renting here..... make this place your last choice!
