these is the worst apartments ive ever lived in. I moved from las vegas to miami and into emerald palms thinking it was a good choice.. yeah i was WRONG...mangmnt is horrible...they dont do anything..talking to them is like talking to the Fukn wall...ppl r loud and ghetto,you can c them walking around in the middle of the night lookn through the garbage cans..sick -------- ..you can hear fights in the middle of the night..the retards upstairs slamming the doors at 2 in the morning...on top of that theres always a bunch of idiot kids skateboarding all over the Fn place even on the roof which is directly on top of my apartment...the cops are here every other day,& YES i have called them.. security is a joke. the gate is always open. maint is a joke as well....they take forever to fix anything and half the time the problem comes back anyway like the leaks in the ceiling from the rain.my kitchen light is currently filled with water..i cant wait for it to fall on me so i can put all these biatchez out of work... the cable provider direct path is peice of crap..im paying for cable i cant even c more than half the time...these apartments r ghetto and i rather live on the freakn street than in this dump. take my advice look elswhere pls.i will NOT be renewing my lease. the best thing that could happen is to shut this entire complex down because it seems its being run by monkeys.

I have been living here for three years. I have never had a problem with maintenace. Any problems I have, it is fixed right away. , There has not been any problems with the gate not working for months. At least where my apartment is I do not here any noise at all
