I can't get in!!!

I have tried to become a part of this community for about a month and everytime I try to get in the gate by calling the leasing office, no one answers. I finally met one of the leasing agents and she was very nice. She needs help in that office and for the money they are charging, they can afford to hire more staffing. One person cannot do it all. The management needs to change.
