I rented a one bedroom apt during the construction of my new home. I had problems with the management always applying my monthly payment to another apartment and then sending me notice of non payment. They also took my deposit claiming my 4 pound chihuahua peed on the entire carpet, of course that was BS and you know they never replaced that carpet. Watch out for the BS black light treatment that they did not use when I moved in but made sure they used it when I left. Overpriced and the yearly increases are insane, it is like they are trying to get rid of you. Of course I am not hispanic so maybe they were! And my widows leaked like they were not there, nice experience in a hurricane prone area!
