I don't recommend living in this apartments at all. They're super expensive, it you don't want to live under the contract you can do it month-to-month basis and they surcharge you like $200 per month. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. Parking is the worst specially at night.. and security please...you can be in line for like half and hour at rush time and then come back like at night and say you live here, and they;ll let you in. This condo is too expensive for waht its worth. Thank God, Im moving to the Gables, which its even cheaper and better.
