the rent is reasonable, security is fine, really bad parking but this is miami so that's nothing new. Very nice atmosphere with a lovely pool and hot tub and a good view if you have a apartment high enough 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

good view of what? the 826 or the ghetto that surrounds it? Really...you have no idea what nice actually means. Expand your horizons a little and get out of Miami.
