I AM LIVING AT THE FOUNTAINEBLEA SINCE FEW MONTHS AGO AND I AM REALLY DESPERATE...WHEN THEY SHOWED ME THE SAMPLE APARTMENT IT LOOKED QUIET AND BEAUTIFUL. I ASKED TO THE LEASING CONSULTANT TO SEE MY APARTMENT BEFORE TO RESIDE IN IT, BUT THE LADY SAID IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE, BECAUSE MY APPARTMENT WAS IN MAINTENANCE... WHEN I MOVED, THE APARTMENT WAS NOT VERY CLEAN AND THE CEILING IN ALL ROOMS WAS TOO FILTHY... IT WAS MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE, NOT INCLUDING OTHER DETAILS IN THE APARTMENT...AS DAYS PASS, I AM MORE REPENTANT TO BE HERE...NOISE AND SOME PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE ARE AWFUL AND WITH BAD MANNERS, PARKING IS A REAL PROBLEM IN NIGHTS, THE PLACE SMELLS REALLY BAD, ON WEEKENDS YOU FIND GARBAGE EVERYWHERE, PEOPLE MAKE THEIR SANITARY NECESSITIES IN THE STAIRS, YOUNG MEN SPIT ON EVERY PLACE, THE MAINTENANCE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, BECAUSE THEY HAVE POOR QUALITY PEOPLE WORKING HERE, THERE IS A LOT OF VANDALISM, THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE RUDE, THEY ONLY HELP YOU FOR HIS OWN INTEREST AND WHEN YOU GO THERE FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE APARTMENTS, THE MILTON STAFF LOOKS VERY NICE AND POLITE... THEN, WHEN YOU ARE LIVING THERE AND HAVE ANY PROBLEM OR QUESTION ABOUT THE APARTMENTS, THIS KIDNESS EXPRESSION CHANGES INTO A BAD MANNERS... THERE IS A LOT OF NOISE AND THERE ARE SOME KIDS THAT BEHAVE LIKE CRIMINALS... PEOPLE DRINK, MAKE NOISE AND PUT LOUD MUSIC... GUYS WITH NOISY CARS ARE RUNNING EVERY NIGHT AND SECURITY SAYS NOTHING... IS A LIE THE PROMOTION OF THIS APARTMENTS... NOTHING IS LIKE THEY PRETEND... THE WORST IS THAT THEY FORCE TO YOU TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR ONE YEAR AND THEN WHEN YOU WANT TO LEAVE THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE, YOU CAN'T DO IT, BECAUSE IF YOU DO IT, THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AND THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT YOUR RIGHTS... PLEASE TAKE CARE WITH THIS BAD ADMINISTRATIONS.

Yeah, whatever you do, don't move here, the staff is the worst I've ever experienced, they treat us like school children, not like customers. I know the staff reads this, so I have the following comments for the staff: When I pass by you and smile and say hi, say hi back!!!! Who the hell do you guys think you are? You are freaking leasing staff, you don't own this place, just be human and say hi and get that damn proud look off your face. Thank you!

God, all you said is right. I am having a nightmare with the apartment leasing office. All the ladies are real dumb and dont know how to handle any situation. The apartment leasing policies are also not clear cut. This apartment is a huge mess. DO NOT LIVE HERE. this is my honest opinion. you will repent. I hve been here for 1 year now and am branding this apartment to be the worst place to be in.

Maintenance is terrible, there are several floors where the washing machines do not work. Routinely the laudry rooms should be maintained.

OH MY GOD, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY TO SEE AN APARTMENT WITH A GOOD DEAL, BUT AFTER READING THIS SOUNDS LIKE A HELL HOLE!!!
