....for I have lived at the Fountainebleau Milton. This place is disgusting. They trick you into living here because at first it looks really nice then after about a month you realize how bad it is. IT IS UNSANITARY. The people who live here are animals. They leave garbage everywhere and have no respect for the common areas. People freguently smoke in the elavators and hallways. The hallways and other common areas are RARELY cleaned. This place should be condemmend. Don't be fooled by their stupid waterfall, after a month, you won't go near the pool.

Today I went to look at a one bedroom apartment at the Milton. The buildings were impressive and well landscaped. Upon arriving at the lobby I saw to my right the fitness center. I also saw the huge waterfall by the pool. When I entered the lobby I saw marble floors and stairs and wide open space. The staff was helpful and courteous. The prices are kinda high and the appliances/kitchen wasnt too up to date in the model they showed me. Other than that I was impressed.

I have been living in the milton for three years now. I have been to the pool once and never been to the fitness center. every summer it gets so jammed up with people here that you have to park on the other side of the complex to walk home. Security is a joke. Drive in at about 3am to see the "fat boy" taking his normal nap. People break into your car and security expects you to know who did it! If they tell you to leave your number and head of security will call you back.... forget it.... 6 attempts and 1 year later I'm still waiting for that. The people here are savages. they put trash anywhere so the old ladies can come clean it in the morning. I too was fooled by the marble floors and waterfall when I first signed this lease, but never again. For anyone wanting to move into the milton... expect overpriced college dorms.
