These people are crooks. They will take your security deposit and you will never see it again. Then, they will double charge you for rents, and will continue to have your utilities billed to you even after you have moved out. This is by far the worst management company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the hassle and don't move in here...
Also, the parking is a nightmare. The cars are always getting damaged by the children playing sports in the garage, and nothing is ever done about it.
