In 2002, I moved into this complex from Virginia without knowing what DISGUSTING PIGS the people are who reside at the Fontainebleau Milton. My vehicle was broken into, window smashed and someone urinated all over my vehicle interior. When the police came they stated that I should not be living at that complex because I am a caucasion law student with Virginia plates. He said that was a sign that someone there wanted me out. He said the complex is overrun with gangs and drunks. I should have known that b/c I worked at the Public Defender's Office at the time and I had tons of cases from there. I was shocked but then I looked around and realized what he said was correct - the people really did want me out! Now that I know more about Miami I would NEVER live anywhere near Fountainebleau Blvd. You shouldn't either.
*** The staff did let me break my lease and they were kind about it - probably b/c I had to threaten them a bit.

I am Glad you wrote this review and I totally agree with you!! I am hispanic but I feel the same way as you did!! I am trying to break the lease since my apartment was broke into last week and our(my and my roomates) lap tops were stolen... It is X-mas time and luckly we had not been x-mas shopping yet!! I am wondering what kinda of threat you had to do so they could break the lease... I am looking for any tips you can provide to help me to get the hell out of that place.
