This property portrays a luxury resort style living, but what they don't tell you that in fact you are moving into a project style property with a facelift!

The beraki-ins to the apartments are curtesy to the maintenace department having acess to the apartmentsand having masterkeys! My apartment was vandelized and i was striped of all my valubles and they were kind enough to lock the door behind them!Acording to the Metro Dade Doral Police station this property is the worst inthe area for DRUGS & BREAK-INS, and all these activities take place in broad day light. The securty guards are usless and all the cameras that are on the property 30 to be exact only 6 work......and non of the six are protecting the tenants or there belongings!

It's so bad there that if you call for Pizza deliveries you have to go to the guard gate to collect your pizza because the delivery guys have been held up in the hall ways and gun point to take the 20.00 dollars they have on them.

So having said all that i hope anyone reading this really checks the place out specially at night so that you know what your getting into.
