This place looks great in the lobby and near the pool. But once you move in, you realize how stupid you were for signing the lease. (Which by the way is almost impossible to break!)

Move here only if you want to mix among trailer trash who throw your clothes out of the dryer, dogs who piss and crap in the hallways, trash left in the common areas, noise (even a live Mariachi band) playing at 1:30 in the morning on a tues night. This is a place where security (much less anyone in this complex does not speak English worth a damn) and lets in whomever they please and the management does not seem to care about things being broken or about any complaint for that matter. Then there's the small inconvenience of the parking lot flooding

Oh what fun it is to live in Fontainebleau!!! more like your worst nightmare. enjoy
