Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I haven't really had any problems for the time I have been here
Advantages:
1.The rooms are spacious and noise isn't really a problem in my apartment.
2.It is close to Highways (826 & 836) and there is a 24Hr Store across the street
3. 10 mins away from FIU
Disadvantages:
1.Tenants have there pets poop in the lawn so you smell it as you enter the building.
2.The elevator sometimes smells of animal urine.
3.Parking after 10pm is only available in the parking garage which is convenient if your apartment is close to it.
4.To break the lease you forfit your deposit and have to pay 2 months rent penalty
