It has its ups and downs...

The biggest advantage of The Miltons is the spacious apartments (at least the master bedroom tends to be pretty darn big) and the walk-in closets are a PLUS. Management (Property Manager herself) has always been good to me and I really cannot complain about maintenance. I have known them for a long time (close to 6 years).

The disadvantages are:

*NO parking space after 6 pm UNLESS you park in one of the garages but this should be BEFORE 10 pm otherwise you'll be circling the complex for a while.

*Flooding is ridiculous even if it rains for 15 minutes.

*The pool is indeed breathtaking BUT because non-residents feel as if they should enjoy what we pay for, unfortunately it gets to rowdy to enjoy a day in the sun.

*There is an ant and roach problem because residents (some of course) tend to be so dirty. I have personally seen people dumping their trash through their windows or hallways (The Suites). When you have 8 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment this is how they tend to act.

*The store is a PLUS but the hangouts (unpleasant teenagers and men that clearly do not live there), the noise, and the overpriced items we could certainly all do without.

*Safety is not that great. The security guards are not properly trained and no one respects them.

*The Miltons is one of the very few complexes that make it close to impossible for you to break your lease YET unfortunately they have people leaving all the time without completing their one year agreement. I guess they enjoy taking people to court.

Overall, it's been a place to live and I've made it MY safe haven for my family and me however it's not the "resort style living" that they paint it out to be. I truly believe that if they took the TENANT and not their monthly payments more into consideration, it would be one of the nicest places to live.
