I have been living in FB Milton for the last eight months. I was just looking for the phone number for Admin through the internet and came across this review website and couldn't resist to keep reading junk.
FB Milton is really a nice place to live at and as everywhere, it has its pros and cons.
* I have noticed that FB Miltons outside view has changed and for good because the color USED to be horrible.
* As far as the neighbors, you cannot judge for the looks. I mean I haven't had a problem with anyone around... as long as you don't mess with anyone, no one will mess with you. The people that I have met are very friendly, and as far as language, WE ARE IN MIAMI = Havana II, so everyone speaks spanish, that isn't suppose to be an issue... it is suppose to mean that you have to learn how to live around these.
* There are over 1200 Apartments in this complex and parking is pretty exact for this number. The problem is people that have over two cars per household and take space that others can use, that is why parking is already taken for the day since the time that you wake up and when you get home from wherever you come from, you get the rest. For those who complaint, can pay for parking right at the entrance of your building for little extra in your rent if you do not want to walk when you get home after 12a which is when the parkings are really packed.
* There are so many people there that you barely get to meet or even see 10% of the people in a one year lease, so those who complaint about the people around, just keep walking because you never know what these people are going through. All those people that complaint about poverty and education, well pay more to live in a luxury place. Oh wait, you must be there for it being cheap, then don't complaint.
* The pool is pretty hectic, so you have to manage sharing a pool with again a complex of over 1200 apts and more than a person per each.
* About sounds, I consider it being according to the time. It is usually during the daytime, so for those who have overnight shifts, I kind of do not recomend though it is not all the time like others say. Besides, they have the right to enjoy their commodities until atleast 10p by law if it where to bother your neighbor.
* I cannot complaint about security, I CAN complaint about people who do not care that there are other people around them and go over the authority of security. I haven't had any problems with them. As I have noticed, they get your every information to get to the complex if you do not have proper ID to get in or a key, for real... if you do not have a gate key, you have to stick in your head that you are going to have to wait in line. Oh, by the way... there is security cameras everywhere.
* Fire alarm is a problem. Why' because it is like the Red Riding Hood story... There's a fire, There's a fire, while there's none, and when reality comes, people are going to keep ignoring those sirenes and whenever there is a real emergency, a disaster is going to happen.
* Something that I consider ilogical for such big complex is that there is only one exit open at all times and whenever an emergency happens, hell is going to break.
Overall, I consider this complex to be well organized for the needs of the people. This is not a Hotel for there is no reason for it to be in perfect conditions. The place looks depending on your area, and for this my area is clean, I pick up my laundry on time, park right across from my apartment, do not gossip around so that everyone can tell me what the neighbors are doind, and other. Plus, if you get ants, cokroaches, and other animals, is because you have a mess. I mean I haven't had a problem with anyh animals at all.
FB Milton is a place to LIVE AT, you want luxury... then go elsewhere.

This person must work for the complex or the organization. Good try, but some of the things you said are not truth. For the real truth read what I posted on 12/20/2006. The truth shall set you free
