The Milton is a nightmare. The complex let the tenants put there furniture, tv's and anything else they want outside there apartment in the hallways and this is embarassing when you have company come to your place of residence. The maintenance department never come and repair anything. Numerous time you have to call them and can never talk to anybody except a busy tone on the telephone or the answering machines. Nobody never calls you back. Instead of having designated parking spots anybody parks anywhere. Alot of people don't even live in the apartment complex and the park there cars overnight. The security at the entrance let anybody enters. I had several friends enter with no questions asked. When it rains your balcony is filled with water and they claim they cant do anything about it. The whole work force their is lazy once they get your money. I thought this was the U.S. Does anybody speaks english anymore' It appears not at the Milton. Whoever manages this complex is worser than President Bush handling of the Iraq war.

his post still hit real topics and real problems though. Believe me, I feel his pain I should have never rented here.
