The picture of the pool in the ads may look nice but unfortunatly that is all they have to offer. The fitness center is not included with your rent and yes the guard lets in anyone who waves. There are signs of no soliciting but you still get knocks on your door selling products and services. Not home' No problem they leave door hangers and promotions in your mailbox. Changing furniture' Leave it in front of the elevators. Want to use the conveniently located washers and dryers on your floor' Go ahead, if you find one available but don't be surprised to find someone checking out your clean sheets. Don't get scared when you see a fire truck, ambulance or hear the alarm go off its just a neighbor cooking or damaging the washers, it happens every week.
My first week as a tenant I was asked for some change from a 15yr old girl, she thanked me by checking what I had with and advising me she had drugs if I were interested. It seems everyone in the past has lived in the miltons or been in the pool but for some reason they don't live here anymore. I live near the calm side, where one of the maintenance lady commited suicide from the 6th floor not too long ago. My co-worker just moved out because US MARSHALLS knocked on her door asking questions at 4am regarding her "dangerous" neighbor.
