Hell in a hand bag. Only reason I have stayed this long is due to the fact that wife was about to deliver and didn't want the hassle of trying to move with a new-born baby at the same time and seeing at I'll be moving shortly didn't want to move twice in a relative short time frame. Here are a few of my complaints with the Milton.....1. Security is a joke. The other day I say the gate guard open one of the gates and then walk away from the shack. What the hell was that about' Other times, I've seen cars with no parking stickers or gate keys getting buzzed right in without a second look. 2. Maintenance is awful. When I first moved in there was something broke in my apt and it took maintenace 2 months to send someone to "look at it" by that time I had fixed it myself. My A/C has broken many times. Also, why is it that I get dirty looks and no to little help from the front office or the maintenace people because I don't speak spanish' There was an incident at the pool one weekend. My little girl was playing with some kids and my girl asked one of the girls if she spoke english because she didn't speak or understand spanish and one of the security people happen to walk by and I guess heard my daughter and had the nerve to tell my girl that she needed to learn to speak spanish. I heard this and immediately said that, no she didn't need to learn to speak spanish and don't ever speak to my daughter that way again. Needless to say, to this day I still get dirty looks from the security people.
