These apartments are very poorly cared for and every year their rent continues to go up. The manager of this community is a total b*tch(I'm not exagerating, total b*tch) . There is no such thing as customer service in this place. Once they get you to sign the lease you will never find anyone willing to cooperate with you again. They sometimes show you units identical to the one that you will accupy, but not the actual unit. Insist on personally inspecting the unit before you sign. Insure that there is a new carpet in place and check the roof for water marks and cracks, which will be more common with units closer to the side of the building. They seem to have a monopoly on all services provided to you in this community. Including the cable company camco which is the only provider allowed in this community (no comcast)(by the way their service is horrible and expensive). There are allot of gang members living in the community and is common to find defaced walls, actual fights I've witnessed, and cars broken into( i recommended this place to a couple of people and one of them got their car broken into twice in one month... he's no longer here. Most recent development is that an undetermined group of individuals is dropping heavy objects from the higher floors onto vehicles and shattering their windshields(the count is up to three). Don't expect the leasing office to pay for it... There is allot of theft that you will never hear about, most of it is without forced entry. Is definitely not a place for children, people are constantly smoking marijuana and drinking around the common areas and the playground. How can I be so discusted with this place and still live here, you ask' I'm a broke college student that minds his own business and does not talk to his neighbors and every time I some thing done I threaten with legal action. My room mate just brought up a good point though... The actual maintanace staff and security are very pleasant people, but they are underpaid, over worked, and have to use unsafe and outdated materials. Almost forgot... Their elevator permits have been expired since July 07 and one of the elevators in our building does not work. My apologies to people who have a disability, the grounds will not accomodate your needs. I don't have any pics available at the moment, just insist on touring the community by yourselfs because they tend to steer you towards the nicer areas.

yea i also wrote a review with pretty much all problems you had but i forgot to mention about the monopoly on services. such blatant cheating from the apartment people. none , i mean absolutely none, of the established companies would be able to give you service in this community. only camco and they too have exorbitant prices. like they charge 45$ for internet alone (Hi speed) and above that if i want TV channels, they cost another 45 $ for 5-6 channels. WTF?! this place is utter crap. I am looking forward to getting out of this dungeon.
