I recentley visited this property cause I am lookingto move. I was veryt impressed by what I saw. I was a little shocked with how inexpensive this beautiful place was compared to most properties I have looked at. Once I got home I did my research and found the dirt on this place. If you go to the link that I have provided at the end of the page, I guarantee you won't want to live at the Milton's. The link is through the city of Miami dade and gives you all the crime reported in that area for any time frame you are looking for. I decided to search from January of this year through now. What I saw was apualing. Almost every other day they have a police report written out for burgleries in this community alone. When I called to speak to someone there to ask if they are doing something to stop the crime, all they said was it is a large community, and they can't help what happens. Needless to say, I will be living somewhere else. I just wanted to write this so that maybe I could help someone out.

D O N T B E F O O L E D!!! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. FIRST OF WHEN ME AND MY COUSIN MOVED INTO OUR APARTMENT IN THE SO CALLED SUITES BUILDING IT WASNT EVEN READY FOR US TO MOVE IN. THE WALLS WERE FILTHY, THE OUTLETS WERE NOT WORKING, THEIR WERE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE LIGHTING. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE HAVING NEW APPLIANCES AND A REFRIGERATOR WITH AN ICEMAKER. YEAH THEY SURED FOOLED US THEY GOT US FOR OUR MONEY. THE APPLIANCES WERE VERY OLD AND OUR REFRIGERATOR DIDNT EVEN WORK PROPERLY AND WE HAD TO WAIT A MONTH FOR THEM TO BRING US A NEW REFRIGERATOR AND TO DO THAT WE HAD TO FIGHT WITH THEM. THE SECURITY IS A JOKE U CAN GO THROUGH THE GATE AND WAVE TO GET IN THE COMPLEX WITH NO ID. THEY WORRY TOO MUCH ABOUT WHO IS IN THE POOL AREA THAN WHO ENTERS THE COMPLEX. ONE DAY AT 4 PM I WAS LISTENING TO MY MUSIC AND SOMEONE IS BANGING ON THE DOOR AND WHEN I OPENED IT WAS ONE OF THE SECURITY GUARDS TELLING ME TO LOWER MY MUSIC DOWN. THEY ARE TOO FUNNY.THEY TELL YOU THAT THERE IS A GYM AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GYM, POOL AREA PEOPLE THAT DONT LIVE HERE CANT BE THERE. ITS A BIT REDICULOUS!!!! WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A VIEW OF THE GOLF COURT AND OUR VIEW IS NOTHING BUT FIELD FULL OF DIRT AND GARBAGE. THE PRICING IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF RENTING A HOUSE. WE COME TO FIND OUT WHEN WE MOVED IN THAT WE HAD TO PAY WATER. THEY NEVER TOLD US THAT BEFORE. THE PARKING IS SOOOOOO IMPOSSIBLE!!! THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY SNOTTY AND CARE ABOUT NOTHING JUST THEIR TIME BEHIND THE DESK AND GOSSIPING. WE ARE VERY DISSAPPOINTED ABOUT EVERYTHING IN THIS HELL PLACE CALLED FONTAINEBLEAU MILTON!!! THE LEASING MANAGERS HAVE NO HEART WHATS SO EVER. THEY LIE TO YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME BUT ONCE THAT LEASE IS SIGNED ITS LIKE ONCE THEY GIVE YOU THE KEY THEY ARE JUST TELLING YOU YOURE ON YOUR OWN. THEY ARE HAPPY AS LONG AS THEY GOT YOU INTO ONE OF THERE ------ APARTMENTS. WE ARE DYING FOR OUR LEASE TO BE UP BECAUSE WE WANT TO GET OUT OF HERE SOO BAD AND HELP EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. SO I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ITS JUST NOTHING BUT STRESS AND AGGRAVATION!!!! S T A Y A W A Y!!!!
