I lived there 2 years and my price per month reflects their 13 month leasing cycle. Complaints on moving in - the apartment had fleas but the staff helped me take care of the problem. Prompt service, whenever my wife called for maintenance they'd show up that day.

Unlike a lot of complaints, I had no problems with security. I'd wave whenever entering, so they were always friendly. I don't speak spanish - still, unlike some of the complaints everyone there treated me good.

We moved out because the apartments have carpet. We have a baby and that was hard to keep clean. Our apartment had a distinct odor which we attributed to the carpet. Either that or was related to ventilation. I don't know, but that is why we left.

Parking places are too small. So my car ended up with several scratches on the door. Since they are expanding with that parking garage and tall building, they should widen the parking places by about 6-12 inches each. Or get some more room for parking somewhere in the back. Say that because somebody there might be reading this stuff. I figure they got over 26-30 grand out of me in 26 months - the least they can do is provide enough parking space.

If you rent here. Don't get a spot near the garbage. Get an apartment on the other side of the building.

Pool is nice, too cold because of the fountain (acts like an evaporative cooler) for much of the year. Gym is ok, requires a small fee relatively speaking. Play ground area for children was fun. Never had any problem getting in or out of playground- as long as it was daylight.

This place is horrible. As bad or worse than the complaints. My lease is up in two months and I am going to run out of here so fast to another apartment. I would have NEVER moved in here if I thought living here would be soooo bad
