Not that bad but definitely not good

I live at this place for one year. Yes, it is crowded. Yes,there are some super tiny bugs like very small aunts though don't think it's fleas. Yes, it is noisy. Some people have parties between Friday-Saturday-Sunday with many people and a loud talk/music on balconies till 5 or 6 am. Some people leave dogs on balconies for the whole night and poor animals are crying and barking. According to the rules, need to phone to the security if such situation happens but security people don't really speak English and don't pay attention to the copmplaints. The pool and pool area are beautiful. The cardio room in the gym is bad with old machines and half of them don't work properly or at all. In the addition, the cardio room doesn't have a good air conditioning system or probably the attendant Willie doesn't turn it on often but instead could open the windows when there is 95 degrees outside.
The refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom furniture are old and needed to be updated. The carpet is not new though it's not very bad. The maintenance is very responsive. They usually come the same day of your complaint. With your permission they can enter and fix something when you're at work. The management is responsive too. The place definitely needs some upgrades, more cleaning staff and probably better management system in whole. Oops, I forgot to mention that there is not hot inside the apartments. During the very hot weather, I turn on the airconditioner for 10 -15 minutes 3-4 times only during the day. It's very cool inside.
