We chose to live here because of it's location and nice first-glance appearance. Over the past six months, we've come to realize that the attractive facade is just that. The grounds and buildings are ill-kept, solicitors are rampant, what we thought was a beautiful pool is usually closed, the security guards are more likely to let in strangers as renters, and you can never, ever, get anything done in the office without talking to a manager.

If we had it to do all over again, we'd live somewhere nice and just commute.

Fountainebleau Milton is a horrible place to live. IT looks nice at first glace, but the place is unkept. People throw garbage out of their windows from the upper floors. The Security gurda let their friends use the pool and harass rhe Tennants. Drugs are sold openly at the pool just 50 yards from the security booth. Then when you move out they try to screw you with all kinds of made up charges so they can keep your security deposit. STAY AWAY FROM FONTAINEBLEAU MILTON

my building is so clean, i've walked barefoot to the laundry mat. My only complaint is the open doors which can bring in bugs and the 'stray' cats.
