I lived here for about 2 years from 1998 thru 2000 and I know that the management is the same as it was then. I had vaulted ceilings and great balcony with a view of the lake. Nice gated community and the office staff were great maintenance was also very good...when you're 8 months pregnant and the A/C goes out in the middle of the night you tend to appreciate the fact that it was fixed first thing the next morning. I really miss the complex and the central area, I had to move for financial reasons otherwise I'd probably still be there. The only complaint I had was that it was in a flood zone and lower lying areas of the complex tended to flood easily and parking was a problem if you came in late, so after a night out you'd have to kind of search for parking or take your chances by parking along a curb.

We lived there from 1975-1977....and when I delivered my son and brought him home from the hospital, we were evicted because at that time it was ADULTS ONLY.....he was a baby...we purchased a condo elsewhere..
