It's been less than a month since I've moved in but so far I have liked what I see.

If you want a property that looks fresh out of a fancy magazine, this is not the place. If you want conveniently located, reasonable priced, comfortable living, this is a good option.

I was impressed by the large and spacious floorplan that I got for about the same price as other apartments in the area. The location is very convenient although I wouldn't walk around the neighborhood alone at night.

The renovations are looking good but the elevators are in desperate need of an upgrade, they haven't broken down while I've been there but you can see they've had a hard life, I expect them to be upgraded before the renovations are complete.

Getting a hold of management requires patience and perseverance but they are very responsive once you get a hold of them.

My only complain is that my unit was full of roaches when I moved in but management has arranged for a special fumigation at no cost to me.
