Yes, the laundry rooms never did work at all, they were always out of service, until one resident started a campign angainst the management, they started to slowly replace the machines as I was moving...this place is also very lowlife with mst of the people here dirty and noisy, and the neighbourhood is no good at all, all the haitians from Little Haiti, started doing a little better and ruined North Miami.

Maybe it's people with your attitude that are ruining everything. Get a clue! I know haitians with more class than the riches snobs in Aventura.

Maybe not Haitians but frankly the whole place is super GHETTO, lots of thugs walking around playing their music real loud and being obnoxious. He is right with what he said but wrong in how he said it. Frankly anyone think otherwise is just mad your black and he put your ghetto ---- out there.
