Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998
 
Lived there in 1998 for 10 months and at that time it was horrible. I've never seen so many roaches in one place, so many strange neighbors and there's a river behind the complex completely dirty and full of crap inside (ex: I remember counting 8 grocery shop carts in one morning INSIDE the river)

Office staff really annoying.
