This isn't such a bad place if it wasn't for the poor home owner's association here. Each individual building out of the original four has a different security system, lighting system, different interiors. Among many oddly things. Not to mention the construction of the new buildings in our green area that was promised to all original tenants. There are 3 exits out of the condominiums, but only one is open at all time. Security (1 Guard) is most likely never there. The amount of vandalism to vehicles and properties is to great. Our recreations establishments are always damaged. The Tennis courts have not been up for 5 years now, the pool is usually closed because of people taking a dump in it. The gym, which is smalled than my small room has all damaged equipments and on top of all, now we are soon to have both view's blocked by condominiums.

Overall, move at your own risk. You seriously have to be old, pathetic, and ready to look for a place to die to live here. I am definitly out of here the first chance I get.

For the record. The association. which of course, the main one since there are one for each building. The steal money and keep asking for "Expense" money all the time...

I've lived here for 8 years and as time progresses, things are only getting worst. Good luck whoever moves here.
