Years at this apartment: 1982 - 1982
I roommated here briefly over 20 years ago (June-August 1982), but one thing any prospective tenant should know about Four Quarters Habitat is that it sits at the lowest point in the local flood plain. Saw grass grew wild in the common areas. In the fall of 1999 (Hurricane Irene) and again in 2000 the east side of 107th Avenue was under 3-4 feet of water (http://www.click10.com/mia/news/stories/news-20001004-0506 Anyone other than Luca Brasi would do well to look elsewhere.
