It's definitely gotten better than it used to be before! Management has gotten better and definitely responds to tenants inquiries. Four Quarters Habitat was taken over by a different management company.

What FQH needs to work on is better parking and making sure outsiders are kept outside of the grounds. If they did these 2 things, these apartments would be highly recommended on my behalf.
