Take it from me...STAY AWAY! The management office will try to convince you that this place is a wonderful place and that after your contract they will assist you with purchasing your own home if you plan on buying, and that you can stay there on a "month-to-month" basis, and all other crap.

Here are some horrible aspects of my experience.

1. Extreme flooding when it rains and no one does anything about it. I complained to the office and they said "the sun will evaporate it in a few hours."

2. Always having problems with all of their old appliances in the apartments. The last time I complained about my refrigerator, they couldn't fix it and brought me another old dirty one which I had to clean.

3. Beware of all other charges for water, sewer, and trash charges. On top of that, they only have 1 trash compactor which is always filled and trash is always dumped on the group. This trash is right next to the pool area.

JUST BEWARE! THERE ARE MANY OTHER APARTMENTS IN THIS SAME AREA FOR THE LESS RENT. AND DON'T FALL FOR THAT, "HOW MUCH WERE YOU WILLING TO PAY" STATEMENT THEY RUN ON EVERYONE. THEY CHARGE DIFFERENT RENTS TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. THERE IS A CASE PENDING AGAINST THEM BY ONE PREVIOUS TENANT.
