Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
This place is really bad. They are updating everything so they can raise the rent to $1,600/month. Used to be $1,200. Staff is worthless. These places are super old and they are basically covering it up. Paint and taking the carpets out. The stairs they claim are cedar aren't. They just stained them. The sliding glass doors leak along with the ceilings. Maintenance people don't speak english. Besides that, the people that are renting are just nasty and don't take care of their areas.
