Four quarters not only charges alot but the apartments are moldy and gross. i had a satelite dish and they threw it off the roof!!! They don't care about anyone in the office and the kids that roam around the neighborhood terrorize everything. I caught them playing with the mirrors on my car. They are lucky I didn't beat their asses. Please don't move here. It sucks so much. It may look nice from the office but it really really isn't and usually they do not let you look at the apartments until the day u move in. I cried for a good four hours on my move in day. I can't wait to leave.
