this place is bad...

I recently moved out of this apartment complex. while the apartments aren't that bad, the newly remodeled ones (if you're lucky enough to get one) have great appliances and aren't as hideous as the other apartments I looked at before I moved in. My biggest problem with them is their management. NO ONE in the office knows what they are doing and half the time the staff changes so often you can't really get to know anyone. We're going on two months since I moved out and I still have yet to recieve my security deposit back, despite the fact that I was notified via certified letter that I would be recieving my money back within 10 business days. That was about a month ago and I have yet to recieve my money. Major BS. The best advice I can offer is to NEVER move in here. The complex was constantly undergoing construction in the time that I lived there and that was only for seven months. During that time, the lighting in the complex went out so it was pitch black when you would come home at night. The constructions crews left a mess and managed to drip tar all over my front porch. The kids that roam the neighborhood broke my mailbox and management did not fix it.
All of this and they charge you a ridiculous amount of money. Almost 2,000 a month for a one bedroom. Ridiculous! Plain and simple... don't move here.
