I lived at four quarters for a little more than two years, and the experience was pretty much awful. My air conditioner NEVER worked right, I've had the incompetent maintenance guys in my place at LEAST 20 times to "fix" it: they don't know what they're doing. The office staff is so stupid and they're out to rip you off. They come in your house while you're gone to do "work," leave your door wide open while you're not home, take stuff out of your fridge...yes, all of these things happened to me. Plus they made a huge mess of my floors and my bathroom, leaving dirt stains and empty cans all over my stuff. Meanwhile I'm at work and my front door is WIDE open to the living room which has my computer, sewing machines, etc. I came home and there was no one there and my front door was hanging open. Then they have the nerve to raise the rent'

This place is expensive, awful, dangerous, noisy, and just plain horrible. It's a very overpriced, high-crime area...PLEASE take my advice and stay away from this trash heap that robs you of your hard earned money then uses it to f*** you in the a**.
