I had a major problem yesterday, where all the staff was involved, and every single person that was involved handled the situation proffesionaly and quite frankly couldnt have done a batter job, the manager is a dream to work for and it feels like everyone on the staff is a part of your family... its awesome I'll stay here as long as I am stationed in Miami. and if the manager leaves ill probably leave as well. I highly recomend this place. however Ive does some investigated and the company has a bad reputation because of the prior managment, but this managment staff has cleaned up the place... and THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!
