Not Worth the Money

I moved into this apartment because I liked the size of it. The -------- is that they show you a remodeled apartment and then put you into an old apartment. DO NOT GIVE MONEY WITHOUT SEEING YOUR ACTUAL APARTMENT FIRST. Four Quarters was the only apartment that showed only a model while the other apartments showed the actual apartment I would be staying in.
When I saw how ------ my apartment was, I ordered to get the following replaced: a bathroom mirror, a shower head, a towel rack, and a faucet. The apartment was NOT freshly painted and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. We told them to have a cleaning lady come. There was also a stain in one of our carpets and the saleslady insisted that it would not come out even after we asked to have the carpet cleaned.
Sometimes when I come home late on a Friday or Saturday night, I can't find a parking space near my apt. There is plenty of parking but we're not required to have a parking permit.
Their prices are extremely jacked up now just because they're remodeling. $1600 for a two bed/2 bath. This is Kendall - not Brickell!
And why I am still paying full rent when I don't have access to a pool or fitness center'! The pool is closed since the office building next to it caught on fire. And there was never a fitness center when we moved in anyway because it is supposed to be in the offie building, but the office building is under construction.
I am not renewing my lease! This place is not worth it. Also, new people are working in the office every couple of months so there's no customer loyalty except with the property manager. I wouldn't want to work for this company either.
Sincerely,
Unsatisfied Tenant
P.S. My dog caught fleas here!
