I have been living here for 2 years and I have never personally had a problem with Management, they are always friendly towards me. When I have a problem in my apartment it's fixed right away. However the appliances are OLD, the cabinets are OLD,and repainted. I'm still waiting for the newly renovated pool, and exercise gym that was suppose to be completed last summer, then I was told it would be completed by October 2008. I personally see no progress, at the rate it's going it will probably be completled sometime in 2009. The landscape is beautiful, having a yard is nice, but the parking lot and the entrance to the complex FLOODS BAD. If you don't have a truck or jeep think twice about your car during rainy season. Moreover, you can probably find a less expensive apartment especially since the "amenties" which are included in your rent is not avalaible aka a pool and an exercise gym.

I totally agree witht this review. I have also lived there for 2 years. The management is okay, but they could be better. They fixed some of our maintenence complaints but they chose to ignore others. If you want something done, you have to really be behind them to get it done. there are several outlets that do not work still. The old models are horrible, the cabinets are gross and falling apart, and the bathroom counter where the sink is attached is paited with normal interiror wall paint and does not fair well when wet, which is ineviatble. The street flooding is one of the main reasons why I'm moving. This place is overpriced to say the least. There are huge palmetto bugs that get into the house. The walls smell funny, old and muggy and it makes everything in the house smell that way. The washer and drier unit is the TINY. There is only one garbage dumpster in the entire complex and it takes a good walk to get to it. there is supposed to be a pool. gym, tennis court, club house and a gate et the entrace, all has been under construction for over 2 years. i would only move back here if they cut the rent in half.

I completely agree with this assessment. I have lived here since April of 2009 and was told in march when i first viewed the apartment that the fitness center and pool would be open any day now. I moved to Miami from Kentucky; so imagine my surprise when I show up in april with no fitness center and no pool. The office staff assured me that the pool/fitness center would be opened at the end of may. Today I call the office to see when the place is gonna open up, and they tell me 2-3 more months due to a permit issue. One of the major factors in my choosing this place was the pool and fitness center. Now it looks like that I've been scammed. Also, for most of the past week I've needed a pair of wading rubber boots to get through the parking lot it floods so badly.

I so agree on on the amenites but the pool is open and I am loving it. The flooding is excessive and was told it is one of the projects to come. We will see! Soon things will look nice when all projects are completed. Parking in some parts of the community is not that bad but I do see were the problems are located is in the front of the community. The community itself is very quite I have not had any problems with neighbors. For the most part people are friendly or to themselves.
