I have been living here for almost three years. I was told back then we would have a pool, tennis court, gym etc. Everything I wanted including assigned parking. NOT
I have not had any of those previleges. don't think we ever will. This is why I refuse to renew my lease. Its terrible here.

Apartments are muggy, smelly and they solve everything with spray paint. They paint everything.

Yes, we had beautiful landscape. Unfortunetly, the flooding is so severe that its not only a flood zone but also a mud zone. Unsanitary, full of pests and frogs. The front is nicer than the back, they don take care of the back residents just the area that can be seen by prospective new victims.

Boots are needesd to go from parking lot to apartments

Do not gewt your monies worth. Terrible for kids. The water from the floods when it rains takes 2-3 week to dry and kids play with the infested water. Can't walk the dog.

If you go and complain at the office they tell you they can't do anything about it or call the sanitation dept yourself or its in the process of being corrected (for the laast three years). In short it sucks if you live here. Absoluteky do not recommend it. Be smart

i completey agree and i can say that everything this person wrote is completlt true. i lived there for 2 year snd it was horrible.
