THE MANAGER THAT THEY HAVE THERE IS A TOTAL INCOMPETENT. SHE IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE. AND WHEN I CALL AND SHE PICKS UP THE PHONE, SHE BLURTS OUT HER NAME LIKE IF SHE WORKED AT BAR OR BOWLING ALLEY' VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAVE HAD MANY PROBLEMS HERE AT THIS SO CALLED "LUXURY COMMUNITY", THAT TOOK FOREVER TO GET RESOLVED BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT. IF MANAGER WAS THERE MORE OFTEN THEIR WOULDNT BE AS MANY PROBLEMS.
