Management is never in the office. They tell you to SLip payment under the door if they are not there but if you do they never receive it and you get charged a late fee. No parking for guest except in the meters. The Gym is a joke even though they promised to get new equipment. Apartment insulation SUCKS my power bill is $240 a month with AC off ALL day. Parking spaces are $90 a month. Food DElivery next to impossible as you have to walk all the way down stairs to pickup because of the code for the doors and Elevators.
